We worked in partnership with a company specialized in robotic to imagine and design a robot for the the large retailers industry. Our main mission was to define services and user experience.
I. THE SERVICE
Scalable and adapted.
The primary role of the robot is to physically help you carry yours bags while following you. Its secondary role is to inform you of different status like smart shopping list manager, ongoing spendings… Additional services allows you to be guided by the robot to optimize your itineraries and fond products. This service evolves according to your shopping habits.
II. USER EXPERIENCE
A discreet and powerful companion.
The service is entirely manageable from your smartphone. It goes from activation to spendings management. Activation, alerts and highlights give rhythm to your relationship with the robot without disturbing your shopping experience.
III. BENEFITS
A win/win relationship.
The approach is dual. The benefits are as much for the user as they are for retail company. The final user will appreciate a free, complete and flowing service. The company will collect precise data on the flows of its shop allowing it to analyse and optimize the shopping experience.
IV. TEAM
